Bernard Chereau

Extensive vineyards give Bernard Chereau an enviable range of wines. The inimitable Muscadet is still unbeatable with seafood, try the Chateau de Chasseloir made from 100 year old vines. The Vaufuget is a lovely, slightly honeyed medium dry wine. His Le Clos wine is a delicious lightly oaked example, smooth rich and creamy, but with exceptional cleasing acidty and great balance.

Pierre Archambault

An excellent domaine producing top class Sancerre. Lean and taught with good fruit and a crisp, dry style. Rounded and fullsome to finish.

His aim is to produce wines that are, above all, elegant and refined. the single domaine Sancerre from Caillottesis a cool fermented wine given extra depth by spending a short time on it's lees. the Exception wines are a tiny production

of what Pascal believes are his best expression of both red and white Sancerre.

Domaine Huet

Bio-dynamic production has abeen used at Huet for some time. This wine shows great elegance and purity,

but with a dense fullness that good Chenin Blanc and exhibit.

Jean-Christophe Mandard

Jean-Christophe has owned this estate, inherited from his father, since 1993. He is the fourth generation of his family to run this vineyard. The clay laced soils produce a pure Sauvignon with intense aromas and good, crunchy

finish.

Denis Jamain

Denis has 15 hectares of vineyards. Limestone and clay soils give delicious Sauvignon Blanc. Soft pressed and cold fermented, the wine is a fragrant and effusive white with great character.
