The inimitable Muscadet is still unbeatable with seafood, try the Chateau de Chasseloir made from 100 year old vines. The Vaufuget is a lovely, slightly honeyed medium dry wine. His Le Clos wine is a delicious lightly oaked example, smooth rich and creamy, but with exceptional cleasing acidty and great balance.
