Some of our favourite red wines hail from Italy, unfortunately a lot of people concur, demand is high and prices in the famous areas such as Classico Chianti, Barolo and Montalcino have risen considerably.

The great wines of Veneto are well represented on our selection from the North West.

Wines of Central Italy

We have also cast our net further afield and caught a little value for money, namely in our Chianti from outside the Classico zone but with just as much class in the Central Region of Italy.

Exciting things are afoot, excuse the pun, in the South of Italy we have plenty to talk about. An outstanding Primitivo made by a Californian.
