Port and Portugese Wines
The Douro region is the home of Port, probably the most famous export from Portugal. Recently the great port lodges have realised that the grapes that produce one of the world's great fortified wines can make great red table wines. Also one of the small fertile islands 400 miles off the coast of Morocco, can provide the drinker with some great Madiera.
