Stainton Wines Trading Terms

The wines listed on the Stainton Wines web site are subject to stock being available, and to duty, market and currency fluctuations. We make it our business to keep the information about the wines on our web site as current as we are able, although this may not always be possible. Defective or corky bottles will be replaced if returned immediately.

All goods remain the property of Stainton Wines Limited until paid for in full. Invoices are issued on delivery, payment is due strictly 30 days from statement.

Unless credit terms have been agreed all goods are supplied strictly on a payment with order basis.

On overdue accounts Stainton Wines Limited reserve the right to charge 1.5% per month on a daily basis.

The E.E.C. has introduced regulations governing the description of wines.
All wines from E.E.C. countries in this list, unless shown under headings TABLE WINES are QUALITY WINES from SPECIFIED REGIONS.

TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT

It is not possible to guarantee continuity of all vintages in this list and in some cases an alternative vintage may be offered.

Many wines in this list are either shipped direct from the producer or are exclusive to Stainton Wines Limited in the North West.
