Owned by the Marques de Vargas, this single estate wine is made from 80% Tinta Fino, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot with twelve months in oak. The grapes are hand harvested to maintain the quality of the fruit, a characteristic which is considered paramount at this winery.

The wine itself is intense and spicy, warm and rich with velvety tanninsa nd good structure.

These are limited release and only offered for sale when ready to drink, they are also acknowledged as having the potential to mature in the cellar over very long periods.
