A selection of sparklers from around the world, the inexpensive Sacred Hill (ideal for cocktails) to the superb Pelorus from Cloudy Bay. The delicate and charming Proseccos which have a delightful fresh flavour, easy going and smoothly dry. Puigmolto now provide us with a ripe pink Cava that is rounded and full of fruit, and a delightfully light and fruty dry white wine.
New this year are the outstanding IQ3 from Morton, a mature a perfectly balances fizz from New Zealand and a rosato (pink sparkler) from Frassinelli in Italy. (PS this is our Prosecco producer making a pink, but the rules state that you cannot use the Prosecco name for pink wine).
