Gary and Kathy Jordan started their winery in 1993 on land which has a 330 year old tradition of grape growing. Granite based soils at healthy altitudes and excellent winemaking skills have elevated the wines to one of the highest standards in South Africa.
Ripe apricot and honey flavours with a touch of green apple freshness. Vanilla notes from barrel fermentation also giving richness to the palate. Aromatic, generous white wine with a creamy, vibrant finish.
Inspector Péringuey was an early assessor of vineyards in the Cape wine regions.
