Zeste

A delicious Semillon orange wine from Chateau Lamothe in Bordeaux. With an annual production of only 4000 bottles a great deal of care is lavished on the wine making process. Fermented for 26 days on the skins to give a deeper colour and gives a citrus note to the nose. Rich and dry with a persistent flavour of dried fruits and tropical notes. The wine is unfiltered so does sometimes through a deposit commonly found with natural winemaking techniques.
