Warm and vital, La Galinière Carignan is a delicious French red with hints of ripe raspberry and a leafy edge. Round with supple tannins and a charming, bouncy finish.
Soft-ruby in colour, soft and spicy on the nose, it is a wine which pairs well with grilled meats, especially lamb.
The grapes undergo low temperature vinification followed by short maceration to produce a wine which is best enjoyed young.
