It is natural wine made from 100% Catarratto grapes, farmed organically, which Fabrizio sources from old vineyards around his home island of Sicily, and bottled unfiltered.
Bianco Biologico is a fresh, exciting, moreish organic white wine from Sicily with a complex nose of citrus fruit and blossom, tropical fruits, herbs and sweet spices, not to mention very impressive at the price.
