The Grillo Miopasso is made Appassimento. Some of the grapes are dried before fermentation which concentrates the flavours on the palate. Full bodied with dried fruit undertones and orange and pineapple aromas. Goes very well with white meats and creamy dishes as it has crisp acidity to balance the fruitiness.
