Barrel-fermented white wine. Sauvignon Blanc with a little Semillon added which has a richness and depth that show superbly on the palate. Herbaceous notes with rich vanilla undertones and a mouth-filling finish that lasts a long time on the tongue. Drinking now, but has the characteristics to develop and mature superbly over a few years in bottle.
