Chablis Premier Cru Les Forêts is from one of the highest quality vineyards in the village and 90% of the wine is vinified in concrete ‘eggs’ and 10% in barrel.
The wine is positively alive – a nervy, vibrant and long lasting tangy freshness reminds you how great Chablis really can be.
