Roebuck Estates is an excellent English winery situated on the Sussex Downs. They only produce vintage wines meaning that only the best of their production is presented. Perfectly aged wines with great finesse and complexity that are a delight to savour.
The Classic Cuvee is a tremendous sparkler made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Elegant and refined with ripe tropical fruit notes and a creamy, biscuity character, this is a delicious and charming wine.
