Cuvée Royale Brut Nature by Joseph Perrier is a sugar-free champagne, which has a deep ruddy-golden colour and light, delicate foam.

To begin with, the aroma is of roses and peonies which gradually intertwine with pronounced spicy fragrances. At first, there’s crisp apple and pear together with soft nectarine and peach, followed by peppery flavours towards the end.

A delightfully refreshing aperitif, Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Brut Nature champagne pairs well with light seafood, shellfish and sushi, and is wonderful when accompanying Asian influenced dishes.
