Unique and sensational white / orange wine, crafted from some of the highest, climatically challenged vines in France, Le Soula is a 23 Hectare single estate of incredible quality.
It has been biodynamic since 2008 and all the wines are noted for their purity and vitality.
La Macération du Soula #19 is crafted from 24% Macabeu and 76% Vermentino grapes, given extended skin contact and is a multi vintage blend comprising wines from 2014, 15, 17, 18 and the highest proportion, 36%, from the 2019 vintage, hence it’s name.
