Christophe Patrice owns around 19 hectares of vineyards around the towns of Beine, Courgis and Chablis. The average age of his vines is 35 years, mature enough to produce deliciously crisp and vibrant Chardonnay grapes.
Clean and dry with a lively character. Petit Chablis offers a more cost effective way to enjoy the delights of the Chablis region. Taut, fragrant and fruity but still with that trademark steely edge.
