Pale straw yellow in colour, Pinot Grigio delle Venezie by Corte Giara is both light and delicate on the nose, with hints of golden delicious apples.
This is a dry and medium-bodied Pinot Grigio with a palate which faithfully reflects the nose, being both tangy and satisfying, and exceedingly enjoyable.
The stony, well-drained vineyard is located on the eastern hills of Lake Garda in northern Italy, with the harvest undertaken in August each year. The wine undergoes a 4-month ageing in tanks followed by a further 2-months in bottle before being released.
