The newest trend in wine, Orange. Made by pre-longing the skin contact of the Pinot Gris grapes during fermentation to extract more depth of colour which is an orange hue and extra body.
These wines are not fined so can sometimes a little cloudy in their appearance. Close to organic, Joseph Cattin is making some outstanding wines.
