The newest trend in wine, Orange. Made by prelonging the skin contact of the Pinot Gris grapes during fermentation to extract more depth of colour which is an orange hue and extra body.
These wines are not fined so can sometimes appear a little cloudy in their apperance. Close to organic, Joseph Cattin is making some outstanding wines.
