Pom’n’Roll, the vibrant second wine from Chateau Gombaude Guillot, is made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Fermented in steel and clay amphora on a small scale with a portion aged in Alliers oak. Dense and enticing, it has rich bramble fruit flavours, balanced oak tones and a firm, smoky flavour. Savoury on the palate with good depth and structure.
