Quangdong was the name of the fruit bushes that used to grow in this field before being replaced with Shiraz vines and today is producing exceptional grapes, recognised as one of Australia’s top single vineyard wines.
The aromas from Quangdong Farm Shiraz are like a sensory overload: grenadine but dry, smoky oak and leather all compete to escape from the glass first, mouthfilling red berry fruit is held in check perfectly by fine tannins imparting a welcome balance to the overall experience.
