Cahors, Croizillon

The Chateau Les Croisille makes wines from its organic Malbec vineyards and, in this case, the younger vines at the property. This is not the inky, dark wines of old this has a more approachable nature with succulent red berry fruit notes and a smooth, spicy finish. Not barrel aged but matured in stainless steel tanks to promote the ripeness of the vibrant flavours.
