The Pinot Noir from Chateau La Bastide’s Pays d’Oc vineyards has a bright red colour with cherry and redcurrant flavours. Faintly smoky on the nose with a ripe and succulent character. Un-oaked but aged on lees to give a supple richness to the finish.
